  Really disappointing experience. We waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only one other car in line, which felt excessive for such a small number of customers. On top of that, my chili corn dog was made incorrectly and was missing the hot dog. What bothered me most was the condition of the restaurant itself. The outside looked extremely dirty, and the windows were covered in grime. It gave the whole place a neglected, unclean appearance and made me question the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. I've attached a photo of the window, the inside of the kitchen looked just as bad, other windows and walls were covered in grossness, and so was the soda machine. Between the long wait, the incorrect food, and how dirty the building looked, I would not be in a hurry to come back.

  How the hell can you serve nasty cold fries and almost cold mozzarella sticks when I was the only one there? The Sonics down south are excellent, all you have are filthy drive up windows. I threw away $17 worth of food minus my drink. Never again.

  A family member visited the night before and the ice cream machine was broke, so I visited the next night and the machine was still broke. To make things worse when I was in the middle of ordering in the drive-through the cashier just disappeared mid order so I sat there for 4 minutes before driving away after repeated attempts to reinitiate my order. Had to go around and sit in line just to order food then sat and waited 20 minutes for said food. Step it up sonic it’s not that hard and looking at the other reviews it seems you guys aren’t trending upwards.

  치즈버거 콤보에 치즈버거 추가하고 치킨 샌드위치도 주문했어. 주문한지 15분 쯤 지나니 옆에 차에 음식을 가져다주더라. 근데 그 직원 우리 보고도 그냥 들어가. 우린 좀 더 기다리다가 결국은 스피커로 말을 걸었어. 잠시 뒤 직원이 나오더니 뭐 주문했냐 묻고 다시 말하니 잠시만 있으라더니 음식을 바로 가지고 나왔어. 이미 만들어 놓고 가져다 주지 않은거지 그러면서 커뮤니케이션에 문제가 있었다면서 주는데 완전 기분이 나빴어. 우린 30분이나 지나서 음식을 받았고 감자는 식었고 기름냄새가 났어. 감자는 버렸어 일부러 그런거 같아서 기분이 안 좋았어. 사과도 없고 차가 많지도 않았고 우린 문 앞에 주차해서 잘 보이는 곳이었거든. 음식을 만들어서 트레이에 놔뒀는데 왜 가져다주지 않는거야? 이제 안 갈거야. 소닉은 처음 갔는데 이미지가 너무 안 좋아졌어

  Hoo-ee, I never wanted to do this to a place but I just...can't. I've been coming here for years, can't say the ice cream machine has worked more than once. That's just a running joke about this Sonic now. But it was sad to see how much money they were losing by how many folks asked for ice cream and heard No, just in the time we were there. The service was...not the best, but also, it's fast food on a holiday. I wasn't feeling picky about that. No, I came here to say something about the literal never-ness of their ice cream finally after about 7 years because today, I watched the fella taking orders (seemed like the only person there) have to do so 3 frickin times since the machines were "down". He was running back and forth entering things on other kiosks just so folks could pay. We flagged him down to pay along with another family, not sure everyone coming through that place would do so. Infrastructure-wise, this place needs investment and oversight if it wants to stop hemorrhaging money :/
