It’s a smaller location, but the place was clean, well-kept, and the service was excellent. The gentleman working there was very attentive and professional. I ordered two large pizzas—pepperoni and cheese—and both turned out really well. The crust had a nice little crunch to it, which I definitely appreciated. I also asked them to cut the slices a little smaller than normal, and they had no problem taking care of that request. There were a couple of guys working during my visit, and they handled everything well. Clean location, great customer service, and solid pizza. I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend this Pizza Hut location in Olympia. My personal experience!👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾

We had a store credit that we wanted to apply to our order and they transferred us to the store to order after 30 minutes on the phone and 15 minutes spent on hold. Placing the order from the store took a total of 5 minutes. Come to find out that two orders were placed. One from the outsourced customer service individual for delivery claiming we were paying cash and then one we actually placed for carry out at the store. The DoorDash driver showed up and I was shocked. I had to tell him we didn’t order delivery and I wasn’t paying for two orders. Pizza Hut, stop outsourcing your customer service and delivery drivers.
