  The two employees working were hustling at full pace. I was surprised that there were only two people working because it was so busy. They made pizzas, took calls, took orders, dispatched deliveries and worked the counter with great efficiency. Kudos to Krystle and Jeremy for great customer service and serious work ethic.

  Worst customer service I have ever experience anywhere in my life. I was initially greeted (after ordering online 45 minutes prior) by the employee at the store by telling me that it was going to be along wait because he has customers in the store, there were literally 2 customers. I then told him I had an online order and he was essentially scoffed at me and said that it hadn’t even gotten started yet. I go to pay for the order using $25 on my gift card and the remaining $15 on my debit card. The payment for the gift card showed approved, with the employee verifying, and when he went to press another button to do my debit card for the remaining balance the screen never popped up to run my card so he canceled the option. When we went to do it again, the gift card was getting declined. I go to look at the balance and it now shows $0 from when it was initially approved. Keep in mind the pizza still hadn’t been made or even attempted to be made. He called another worker to come in to the store to help. She comes in and tries to assist but the gift card keeps saying declined (since they already pulled the money). I explained to her what happened and she just stated at me and then told her employee not to make my order. I worked at Pizza Hut and just in customer service in general and every place I have ever been to would have at this point just credited the $25 (they already received it and the employee acknowledged that) and just charged me for the difference. Easy solution. Not this place though!! Instead she handed me a business card to her general manager and told me to call him. Of course he did not answer and now I’m essentially paying an extra $25 for something that I’ve already paid for. Stay away!!!

  Outside it says $12 but they made me pay $20 for the pizza, and the pizza was nasty
