  I’ve never had a bad experience here & I’ve been frequenting for about a year. Today was my first time dining in & I just had to leave a positive review because I was here for quite awhile & noticed what a warm welcoming staff they have here. They are welcoming in people by name, taking a moment to chat with the senior regulars , & even just being nice to each other… this all just made for a very good feeling thins morning and I wanted to recognize them. This makes it feel like a warm welcoming small local place instead of a chain that feels cold & impersonable.

  Really nice and fun service and the environment is very peaceful but the drivethru took a blue moon to get past and even when I was only one in line it took them 6 minutes for 2 drinks

  A rip off. They never put enough meat on their sandwiches. I live minutes from them but have only eaten here twice in ten years because it is always such an expensive let down. They sell bread sandwiches with little to no meat on them. A complete waste of money. They never learn. Always trying to turn meat lovers into vegan sheep. We will never go back until they put meats on their bread sandwiches.

  My family and I were driving by. Stopped with the family to eat breakfast. I made an error on my end, thought I ordered an item and didn’t. The ladies at the pickup line were very nice and understanding. She worked the sandwitch station wish I caught her name. Absolute sweetheart thanks for a great experience. She came through and still made that order for my kiddo. That’s why I love going to Panera. Great breakfast options and staff is pleasant. Especially here at this location. Thanks ladies!

  Panera just cost me $1,200. Awful drive thru design at the exit of the drive thru lots of corners and makes a hard 90° turn very easy to curb it. Normally curbing it won’t affect anything too much however my car is lowered so going around that corner it ripped almost all the clips off the back of my rocker panel, $1,200 repair not to mention scraping my wheel which will be additional cost to fix. Won’t be going to through that drive thru again to say the least. My chicken bacon rancher was good though.
