- MSMar SAug 10, 20261.0I use to go twice a week was ok then changed to a bad service the restaurant almost empty the server put the drink and disappeared for half an hour I told the manager he was careless about it no apology or explanation usually I tip them 20 dollars and up.poor management or racist employee yesterday I tried again the guy in the front took my name and he asked if I can set on the bar I said ok the bar was empty he told in 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes he didn't ask me nothing so I left.in my opinion the food ok but racist or bad management they treat good customer badly
- TPTony PAug 5, 20262.0For 2nd time in last six weeks, meal was not up to par. Six weeks ago, our family ate at this location only to leave unsatisfied. Upon bringing everyone's meal, the server apologized and said she forgot to place my order. I told the family to go ahead and eat so their meal would not get cold. They wanted to wait, but I insisted. As they were almost halfway through their meal, mine arrived. As I dug into my Queensland shrimp and chicken pasta, I found the chicken to be cold and appeared to come right out of the refrigerator. I've eaten cold chicken before so I kept eating rather than sending the meal back and thus asking the family to wait again. As for the rest of the pasta, it was room temperature. Yesterday, my wife and I arrived a few minutes early for the restaurant to open for lunch, so we waited. After opening, there were four couples and one fellow seated in the lounge. Except for the fellow seated at the bar, we all ordered. He patiently waited and the server continued to walk by him and he gave up and walked out. Now there were us four couples left. Food started arriving and the server approached us and said our order somehow did not print in the kitchen, so she gave us another loaf of bread and said our meal was now in process of being prepared. When our meal arrived, all looked great. Once again, looks can be deceiving. I ordered the coconut shrimp and as I bit into it, the coating fell off and the shrimp was cool and crunchy. Uncooked? I don't know, but I ate it anyway. We finished our meal and drove home. Upon getting home, I apologized to my wife and said I needed to go to the bathroom and I left her in the garage. I barely made it and for the rest of the day, I frequented the bathroom. I can only attribute this to my meal. Do I give this location another try very soon? Not ready to answer that!

We paid $190 for cold food and almost had a medical emergency from low blood sugar waiting so long. Our waitress couldn't care less. I asked for help everyone but our waitress seemed sympathetic but not enough to help.

Even if you don't think you do. It's delish. I had the Alice Springs chicken with a 6oz sirloin, loaded baked potato and broccoli. My steak was slightly overcooked but still tasted great the chicken was amazing! My friend had the salmon,potato and broccoli and said it was good. Their drink menu looked good but we just had water. We went early evening. Wasn't too crowded. Overall a nice experience.
