  This Jimmy John's store is amazing! From the manager to the staff to the food. I order in the mornings because I have to be at work at 10:30 and many times they have my food ready prior to 10:00 when they open. They are always so accommodating very friendly an excellent food!

  I have been so disappointed with the delivery in the past 6-12 months. I love their sandwiches and order from them because they are supposed to be "freaky fast". On about 40% of my orders, they have kicked it to Uber Eats to deliver. Uber Eats does not deliver freaky fast. Just today it took 45 minutes to get my sandwich because they kicked it to Uber Eats to deliver. My sandwich was not hot anymore. I am only 1.5 miles away, but order delivery because I'm in meetings all morning. It should not take 45 minutes to deliver a sandwich 1.5 miles away. Stop kicking orders to Uber Eats or hire more people. You have lost a customer.

  Drive through order. 22 minutes from placing the order to receiving the order for 2 sandwiches and 1 diet coke. Was behind 3 cars. Appeared that placing the order at the drivethrough speaker does no good as they made the sandwiches after you paid at the window. Ordered a veggie sandwich no mayo extra avocado. Received extra mayo no avocado. Hi incompetance from the order taker. --- would not recommend dinning here. - Not Freakishly fast.

  We used the drive thru today, and waited 22 minutes from order time to pickup time. Not only that, we only ordered 2 sandwiches and had only 1 special request...no mayo on one. Guess what? It was full of mayo. So, 22 min for a junk sandwich I can't eat.
