  I arrived to pick up an online order, and it was extremely busy inside. The team working were working so well together being as speedy as possible. My online order wasn't quite ready, and after waiting a while they realized they had a few online sandwich orders waiting to bagged up, one being mine. They were so apologetic and felt bad. I don't have a care in the world that it took a little longer than usual, it was nice to be somewhere with good customer service and to watch a team of staff members working as hard as they were. Shout out to them!

  No wait for seating, fast friendly service. Sandwich was in front of me at the register before I could even pay.

  After placing a mobile order for pickup, I walked in the store and let the staff know I was there to pick up a mobile order and told them my name. I was shrugged off and told it was probably down at the end of counter. There was nothing down at the end, so I sat there waiting. The guy waiting before me got his food, so I figured mine would be up next. A pretty girl walked in and all 3 employees decided it would be best to flirt with her and focus on making her food. She had it before she had even paid. She left, and they continued to BS about nothing, while I sat there waiting. Finally I went up the counter and asked if they were going to make my food since nobody else was there anymore, and they finally made it after giving me some attitude. I won’t be going back.
