- JSJasmine SJun 23, 20262.0It’s 93 degrees outside, been working in the heat and with kids all day, forgot my water bottle and came through as soon as I got off work ordered 2 drinks and a water and there’s a hair down my cup, and I pull off the lid and it’s in there too. Ugh! Not to mention my drink was over flowing and spilt all over my dress, thankfully I had just gotten off work cause I would of been pissed
- TRTrista RJun 18, 20261.0This is normally my favorite dutch bros to go to and we've been going to this one specifically for years because of their amazing customer service and their drinks are always consistently good but today the service was horrible and the time I had to wait to get my drink order even with using the mobile order option was ridiculous! The whole point of using the mobile app to pick up at specific time was so that I could get my order when I got there, I got it 15 minutes after my pick up time as the person who bounces back and forth to take orders started walking towards my car and then turned around and went to the other side. Mid day, they did not have enough people outdoors helping and the service was so slow. Needless to say after today's experience I'll just go to another one or just try another coffee shop.

We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
