  West Olympia’s finest al fresco dining experience! I’m sure I’m preaching to the choir here but Chick-fil-A is an exceptional fast food eatery. Many people seem to enjoy the Wall-E world experience of the drive thru but I found the patio seating charming. Imagine sidewalk dining in Paris but the staff are all extremely friendly (“my pleasure” they say). The ingredients are truly fresh as well. This restaurant is a triumph of American capitalism and a great addition to Olympia’s west side.

  Chick‑fil‑A at this location easily earns 5 stars. The service is fast, friendly, and consistently reliable, and the food is always fresh and well prepared. The restaurant and drive‑thru are clean, organized, and efficient, making every visit smooth. A great bonus is that this location has EV chargers on‑site, so you can enjoy a meal while your car charges. It’s incredibly convenient and makes this a perfect stop whenever we’re in the area.

  Sorry, food lower then our expectations, size and temperature not commensurate with it's price. Expedient service. Won't be eager coming back soon.

  This place is laid out so inconveniently. From the drive thru, to the parking, and even inside. There's ZERO flow. You have to cross the drive thru line to enter the building. They have half the spots near the entrance blocked off w yellow cones. Once inside you havr a straight shot to the counter or you could go left. But the space to wait on food is pressed into a corner with no real way out unless you walk into the booths. Not sure who approved this lay out. Its still chick fil a, but like with none of the planning.

  Went to this new location. We have eaten chick fila a bunch of times. I am grateful that their service was quick, however it seemed to quick. My sandwich tasted off and when I got to the middle it tasted raw with a pink hue to it. Couldn't tell if under cooked or not, which spoiled my appetite. The fries were hot and overly salty. My brother on the other hand, had a perfect sandwich, however he said his fries were really under done and cold. We believe he has food poisoning from the fries, because all he been doing is throwing up since eating them and can't keep nothing down. Being that we live out of town and was eating on the way home, we did not feel like turning around driving 30 min out of our way to complain. The staff was friendly and the place really clean, for it being a new location and I my self have worked in the fast food industry with time being important. It is also important to make sure food is cooked through.
