I’ve been to many BWW for NBA games and have never had an issue when requesting the audio for a certain game. I would understand if someone else requested the other game that was currently playing but that wasn’t the case. The BOGO was not rung up correctly which caused the bill to be higher than it should’ve been. I’ve never been denied game audio at a BWW until tonight. Definitely won’t be going here to watch a game again.
