  Absolutely terrible. Was in the drive thru BY MYSELF with absolutely no cars behind or in front of me as I pull in and order; waited over 10 minutes (yes I checked and counted it from the time on my receipt) from the time I got to the window and paid to when I actually got my food. I am not picky at all about drive thrus but the whole point is convenience and time. I cannot believe there was that much struggle over a simple 8 dollar box combo (all I got for myself) when there was NO CARS behind or ahead of me the entire time and honestly, it makes sense why the drive-through was empty now. Do not go to this location it’s terrible if you want Arby’s on your way back from work or something please just stop by the Lacey location

  Such good food Ts is straight good eats especially with rod wave playing so heavenly 10\10 would go again🥹✌️

  Bad food, disgusting unkempt lobby, and clueless employees. I can see why almost no one is here at the peak hours of the day

  Went thru the drive thru. Service was quick. Got the Rueben sandwich meal and the chicken cordon blue meal. $30. That's pretty typical for fast food but our fries were cold and didn't get eaten so $30 for 2 sandwiches and 2 cokes was disappointing. I guess "it is what it is" when ordering fast food.

  What is even happening ? This food is gross, how is it cold coming out of the drive thru? All potato products taste like they were made before and just sitting in a warmer, the drink is watered down and the products just do not taste fresh at all. For the prices this is not okay, I will not be back nor will my friends and family it’s just simply gross I threw more than half my food away
