  Was very clean inside, large dining area and there was no wait. Had the French dip, was very good highly recommended 👌

  Absolutely horrible they totally messed up my order after I ordered it online all they had to do was put it together ugh terrible!!!!!

  Edit after owners response: seems to me the customer service issue isn't something you take seriously. But sigh, this is what we get paying $20hr for fast food employees who don't care about the customer. Hopefully the others waiting that long will review you as well. I would have left had I not been in between cars in the tiny drive thru. This is the worst Arby's to go to ever! 55 minutes in the Drive-Thru. People behind me were pulling out after they ordered because it was such a long wait. Never experienced that long of a wait at any fast food location. Haven't had Arby's in forever and now I know why I don't go there often.

  I ordered from here and when the food arrived I asked the driver where the 2nd shake was she said the store said it was only one shake. I double checked my order it was in fact 2 shakes like I had ordered. I tried to call the store to ask what happened and see what I could do before they were even close to closing and they did not pick up nor was there any way to leave a voicemail just rang once and went dead as if someone hung up deliberately. I love the Arby's chain store 1866 however not so much.
