  The pizza was pretty good, but you pay for an all you can eat buffet and they were out of cheese pizza and cinnamon bread almost the entire time we were there. Not bad for my husband or brothers, but for me, those were the only two things I could eat. There were 4-5 employees behind the counter doing a lot of talking and not much pizza making. Also, ALL of their drinks were HORRIBLE. My husband and I both got fountain drinks... Tropicana lemonade that tasted like water that someone squeezed a lemon wedge into. My refill didn't even taste like that, it was almost straight water. My husband decided to get a root beer, that tasted like carbonated bitter water. He didn't drink it and decided to just get water. He couldn't drink that either, it tasted like carbonated bitter water also, but not quite as bitter as the root beer. He then just drank some of my water (lemonade?) anyways.... we will NOT be eating there again... EVER!!!

  Haven't been here so three seems fair it just popped up on Google...however the very first video of the pizza being rolled up..has convinced me to stop by to experience my own pizza roll... I will leave a better review then

  I placed an order for takeout on their website, paid for it at that time also. Went in to pick it up and had to stand in a 15 min line. They had one person at the cash register and you can’t pick up your order that you see sitting on the warmer that’s right by the counter. You know why? They have a really bad POS system and they must print out the receipt and have you sign it there, even though you already authorized the transaction online. This is so crazy! It’s the summer in Ocean Shores, they should know to staff up correctly at this point. There were 5 people behind making pizzas and one person couldn’t help with the dinner rush for those that are in line? Pizza was dry and not great. I’ve been a customer since it opened but am sick of the customer service portion at this point and especially if the pizza isn’t even good anymore. Trying other places!

  Only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is they need to put cheese on top of the topping to keep them from falling off. But man they give you a great amount. That being said always fantastic service. Great atmosphere. The garlic bread is yum yum yuuuuummmy! Pizza has always been great. We have been many times family's main go to is cheese. Mine I've tried all their diffrent options of pizza. Always worth the stop. Make sure to dl their app!! We will always be back!

  Best pizza in Ocean Shores, but recently I ordered a pizza for my family and got ripped off! I ordered a large pizza and was delivered a medium with completely different toppings. I would have let it go but furthermore - it made my stomach hurt. We ordered the pizza towards the end of the evening so maybe Pizza Factory was being careless and not prioritizing me, the customer? Because of this experience I genuinely feel better off just buying Digorno at the grocery store. Not like Pizza Factory cares.
