- HWHonest reviews Thurston county WA3 days ago2.0Mobile order: one of our burgers was ordered with extra onions. It came with zero onions. Asked for extra napkins at the window. Only received 1 napkin for 3 meals. Order included two 4 pc nuggets and one 20 pc nuggets. Ordered dipping sauces but only received 2 dipping sauces for 28 nuggets. Originally we parked to order. When we tried to back out to go through the drive-thru, so many young adults were mobbing the parking lot, we had to wait, tried giving one a friendly heads-up but didn't move, others just got behind us intentionally as we were backing. Then, spent a pretty long time sitting in the drive-thru waiting.
