- TSTara SanmillanAug 26, 20262.0Selection and variety of food is always great but customer service is definitely lacking, borderline rude. Last time I was there I had a bunch of items in my hand and dropped a few just in front of the checkout. An employee just breezed right past me as I was picking my items up and then when I got to the self checkout I saw him just chitchatting with other employee. Also passed right by both of them as I clearly walked in the direction of the door that was already closed, neither bothered to let me know.
- JJJMAug 21, 20261.0Deli was really bad. The Honey Sesame chicken had a fishy taste to it. Like it was spoiled.
- JGJudy GregersonAug 4, 20262.0I visited the Oak Harbor store To pick up a lunch while driving through town, and came upon four or five instances of employees, chatting and gossiping with each other, paying no attention to any customer or asking what you needed. I heard a lot of chitchat, gossip and complaining, but no one amongst the staff was willing to help. Nobody pulled out of a conversation to help me. nobody of the staff there was paying attention to any customer at all so they were basically useless except for the checker who is very good and her name is Ally. I think she was excellent.
- KBKim BurlesonJul 22, 20262.0My partner stopped about 4:30-5:00 on Tues. 7/21/26 and picked up an 8 piece chicken dinner. They only had 1 chicken breast and he was told it would be 45 minutes wait which he didn’t do. He got a thigh instead and it was so small and hard that it could not be eaten and the same with the breast! It was as if it had been sitting there since lunch! This is not the first time that this has happened. Things are so expensive now so hate to get good food to just throw away! Let’s do better.

I have utilized their free standing small store and gas station. The manager of the gas station and .store was very professional and on top of things. I don't remember his name but he as well as one of the regular counter gentleman were excellent at their job
