    Being told there's a 30 min wait for roast beef half an hour after open is genuinely crazy isn't that the main thing you sell

    Been coming up in town for work. I love me some Arby's and this one is close to where I stay. I've tried to give the place a chance but the 30 minute wait times for OK food isn't worth it. Sorry but y'all stuck out.

    I believe they were short staffed which makes me frustrated on behalf of their employees, especially at 5pm on a Thursday. We waited 5ish mins at the speaker at the drive through and then another 10+ mins at the window waiting for the food. Please provide more support to the staff you have.
