    I have enjoyed the Arby's in Oak Harbor WA. on a so-so level. I do enjoy overall Arby's menue; however, I do not take pleasure telling their staff to wash their hands when entering their work day.

    I've been waiting for my food in the drive through for over 30 minutes

    Came at the 12 lunch rush. There was one person that knew what they were doing and she was extremely overworked. It took 22 minutes to get my lunch from the lobby.

    The food was great, but the restaurant was falling apart! No condiment dispensers were working and no packets were available except at the counter, one of the stalls in the restroom said "out of Order", other issues. They also seemed seriously understaffed.
