- SFSteven FrankforterMay 13, 20261.0No one to take the order in the restaurant, so used the kiosk - which seemed to work until it kept resetting. Finally found a kiosk that worked. Ordered two cones and a coffee, which took about 15 minutes to be ready. Picked up the coffee and the top popped off, soaking my hand with coffee. Didn't burn my hand because the coffee was lukewarm.

Idiotic workers that are so so slow, except for drive thru order takers are great. Somehow it has gotten even worse in the last year. So annoyed this is my local McDonald’s…..

Even worse, there was a guy next to us who was there before us and his stuff came out after ours. Burger and fries were warm'ish. Not sure if there was a personnel issue or what. Dude gave us our food with zero acknowledgement that it took forever.

Disappointing that's it not more customer friendly for all ages. Quite a few tables weren't cleaned off, while we sat and ate. Outside that, the food was good.... it is McDonald's.

I asked the manager how the workers washed their hands before they went back to work. Needless to say I did not eat any of the food
