  We placed an order online through Pizza Hut and went to the restaurant to pick it up. When we arrived, the staff was not willing to provide our order and cancelled it on their own without properly explaining the situation. We had three hungry kids with us who were waiting for their food, and the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and misleading. This was completely unacceptable. If there was an issue with the order, the staff should have communicated with us properly instead of cancelling it and leaving us with hungry children. The owner/manager needs to seriously look into how the staff are treating customers. We will also be reporting this incident to Pizza Hut head office so they can investigate what happened at this location. Very disappointing experience. This is not professional customer service, and we will not be returning to this location.

  This is the second time I have drove up to the store after ordering online then getting confirmation they starting it. I get to the store it’s closed lights of no one around. This was 20 min driving on my lunch break wasted. Not sure if the app or store to blame
