Your food quality in your deli is something to be desired though…my lovely, beautiful and stunning wife and I decided to purchase the $15 meal for two dealio..got Korean beef, orange chicken and chow mein and egg rolls..the meat for the entrees tasted terrible..couldn’t even finish it. The noodles tasted terrible as well and the texture was like they been out for too long. If possible I would have taken it back but I am unsure if that would be possible. Here’s the kicker though..my dog won’t even eat the Korean beef. The orange chicken I understand because it’s pretty much sugar chicken..but the beef? Animals won’t even eat it. To Safeway: you need to up your quality control..I spent wayyyy too much money on something my dog won’t touch. To customers: ask for a sample before you purchase something from the deli. I can’t speak on the chicken and jojo side, but please for the love of god ask for a sample of the Chinese food side. Terrible. From the meat to the noodles. Even the egg rolls were sub par, but edible at least. I hope you take my review to heart and implement some changes for the standards in your deli. Everything is too expensive these days to just waste money on food that will end up in the garbage anyways. God bless!
