  I have eaten taco bell in 3 different states. This location, by far, is the worst. I have worked fast food a few times, my first job was at Taco Bell. I have not once received the entirety of my order from this location. The staff are innatentive, mouthy and frankly very bad at their jobs. For every $20 worth of food you order, you will typically be missing $5-$8 worth of items. We have over a dozen people to feed, so yes, the orders are occasionally quite substantial, but not complicated. We always order on the app, so they have plenty of time and notice. Spent about $90 dollars last night and was missing 2 people's worth of food, valued on the app at about $18. That is COMPLETE crap. The franchise owner should sell, because neither they, nor their staff, are competent in any way, shape or form. I've worked at taco bell. You legitimately *do not* cook anything. You just have to assemble ingredients in a specific order, in a timely fashion. Take the order, make the food contained on the order docket, (which, by the way, they have a litteral screen on their prep line, so they know exactly what the orders contain and any substitutions thereinvolved.) Put it in the bag, hand it to the *right* customer. This is *NOT* rocketsurgery! Do better you lazy sacks!

  This Taco Bell’s really bad service. This is the front of the truck storm after 12. The drivers are hungry and they cannot go together. Food because the stupid policy they cannot management should think about it because your location is front of Truck Food policy. We cannot get a food by walking.

  I counted 4 employees when I walked in. The girl that was working was drawing on the dry erase board. Told me to use the kiosk. Ok why do you have a front counter then? Also watched 2 employees just standing there chit chatting about life... 1 girl making the order. Ok no big deal so far, but when I got my food that's when my experience was ruined. All 3 tacos 🌮 shells were very old and stale. Picked one up and it just crumbled in my hand. One taco was already destroyed in, they wrapped it anyway and gave it to me. The shells were stale. Don't feed your customers like that. How are you supposed to eat a taco? When the thing's broken into four pieces, bad bad service. The bean rice cheese burrito had no rice. Then, the Nacho bell Grande, it was okay, that's the only thing that was made, right. Thanks for wasting my eighteen dollars

  The guy said my tattoos looked nice. It's why I am giving the five star review. Taco bell is taco bell for the most part if they don't mess it completely up.
