- RBRobert BrownJun 7, 20261.0Took over an hour and half to serve us our dinner, and then some of the groups food was forgotten and had to wait even more time. 2 out of 3 pizzas were soggy and inedible, we didn't get a drink order in until well after 30 minutes of sitting down. To top it off our actual server didn't even apologize, a woman I who assume was the manager came and offered us free desert and did apologize but it felt hollow as it wasn't her who served us poorly the entire meal and then failed to own up. This is not the first time I have been completely unimpressed with Pacioni's, maybe Mount Vernon needs something new…

We couldn’t get our check because our waitress wasn’t near or if she was she was on her phone. Portions were small for the pricing and lacked flavor. Absolutely would not recommend don’t waste your time or money

Also tried their Shambala gluten free crust and omg it’s fantastic. (Taste and texture like normal crust and not like a lot of GF crusts that are like crackers.) Loved everything. They also so graciously did a birthday sundae for our group. Really great local Mount Vernon downtown spot. Cant wait to return. Please don’t change a thing!
