I tried connecting with the restaurant after the last time. Sadly, they never got back to me. Mikes's loaded hashbrowns, where the potatoes are supposed to the the star of the show and, instead they completely ruined the whole meal. I even requested them to be extra crispy hoping to avoid the raw hashbrowns issue. Eighteen dollars plus tax for a sloppy pile of raw potato strings and no attempt at a resolution. Once is a mistake. Three times in a row is not.

I ask politely for a cholula sauce and the server said “What am I supposed to do take it to them” mind you they brought us a bottle that had three drops left it. We have been to this establishment many times before and have never so uncomfortable until now. Very disappointed all the servers were really rude and with an attitude.
