  We came in....did not stay. 8-12-2026 at 6:30pm We walked in and stood in line behind another couple who stated they had been there for a bit, wondering if the place had been robbed and all employees were possibly locked in a freezer in back! Not one person was to be seen. Crickets. We waited. Unsure what to do. Should we walk in the back and see if everyone is alright? Then the fry timer went off. We waited to see if anyone would come check it. Wasn't immediately but finally one employee imerged, turned off the timer and walked back to the back. But suddenly turned around and approached the cash register to take the couple in front of us order. Slowly, all other employees came filing out from the back somewhere. Most looked a bit lost and dazed 🤔 🧐. We walked out as we just knew, service wasn't going to go well. Get a new crew or a more responsible night time supervisor!!!

  Broke toilet, no ac, soda unavailable, side door locked so I had to gthe other side.of the building. Staff was OK
