- DDDanielJul 3, 20261.0Your app rarely ever works right, you show open slots for delivery, then send texts that it's running late and then it never shows up. If you can't deliver in the time slots you have open DON'T LIST THEM! We depend on delivery for events and dinners and it's happened several times now. Last time you missed a delivery window I had to go to the store and physically get it myself. When I did the store acted put out and offended.....

- TLTaija LeslieJun 3, 20261.0So apperently Safeway gets to pick and chose what shopping orders they want to fulfill for the day, even though you have a set delivery time. I have had 2 orders in a row, NOT get shopped for. Which needed to get delivered on a completely different day and NOT the time or day I picked. This happened 2 weeks apart. I called wanting to speak to the manager once the 2nd time happened. I have given them 2 days they haven't called me back. The dude I talked to, said the shoppers went home EARLY. And there was NO management there at 6:50 pm. They went home. I get being short staffed. I have worked costumer service jobs. But for management to all just leave and leave shopping orders not complete is beyond wrong!!! I had dinner for the night in there, since it was cheap chicken Monday. I pay for the fresh pass ($13 a month) I don't know what I'm paying for!!!! I'm most definitely turning them into corporate. This is unacceptable. Go shop in Ephrata. Or just skip Safeway in general.
