    Disappointing "milkshake" that I wouldn't have bothered getting stuck in a 25 min line at 10pm for. I guess I just don't understand the hype. A better system needs to be put in place so 1 car isn't holding up the entire line for their overly complicated drink.

    Not a huge fan of coffee drinks that taste like flavored milk instead of coffee. The lines that block the roads and access to surrounding businesses is also a headache.

    The drinks and service here are good, but I do not recommend ordering ahead online. I ordered two drinks ahead of time through the app and it said my order would be ready at the walk-up window in 8 minutes. I arrived right on time and waited in line for a few minutes at the window. When I got to the window, I told them I ordered through the app. They searched my name, found it, and said they would start making it. Then I waited about 8 more minutes. I could've just gone the drive through and saved myself the double wait time - I don't know why the app said it would be ready at a certain time but the employees weren't on the same page.
