  Wait in line for 15 minutes with one car in front of me, get to the order window and get told they don’t have slushies right now, next thing I thought I’d try was a strawberry sundae…nope they didn’t have strawberries right now, so I gave up. Ordered my husband a mint Oreo blizzard and my daughter a mini cotton candy blizzard. Get to the window and there is ice cream all over the side of the cotton candy blizzard exactly where he handed it to me, getting it all over my hand. Then get handed the onto Oreo blizzard and it’s not even fully blended!!! This is not the first time we’ve ordered blizzards and they are barely ever fully blended. Normally end up eating half the blizzard and the whole bottom isn’t blended. (Just like the mini cotton candy blizzard my daughter got) Going inside is t any better. The staff is always too busy talking to each other and act like you are bothering them when you get up to order. Heaven forbid you need something after you’ve received your food, they won’t even acknowledge you standing at the counter. I’m done giving this establishment my money! It’s not worth it!

  The service at this Dairy Queen blew me away with how poorly I’ve been treated and how slow it is. I didn’t know customer service could be this bad. In the past two weeks I’ve been here an employee wouldn’t flip my blizzards over after they just sat melting, while I waited in line for 15 min to get my to go order. I tried to get someone’s attention to just get them for me since they were a mobile to go order. I just got stared at. When you’re paying six dollars for an each small ice cream that’s especially important to me to not get them half melted, and they could at least keep them in the freezer if I have to wait. Today after waiting 20 min for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready and getting my food handed to me I had cold fries and I told them my ice creams and drinks were missing from my kids meal and other 2 meal orders only to have the employee get into the garbage and look on the computer after I told him I could just show him my mobile order from my phone. Then the drinks I paid for, their co2 he said went down and he wouldn’t give me an alternate drink option after paying for them. So I paid for drinks and couldn’t get them after all and couldn’t even get a water bottle or refund? I can see from reading other reviews that concerns definitely need to be addressed at this location. My family and I love and frequent dq so this is really frustrating.

  Went to this Dairy Queen on 4/12 around 8pm. They were out of ice cream….. how does an ice cream place the size of Dairy Queen run out of ice cream?!?! Are you serious? Or was this a the “machines broken” situation like one of our favorite fast food restaurants? Meanwhile the employees were out behind the bushes doing who knows what. I am in disbelief.
