- ADAngela DoriaSep 10, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with this meal. This was not an edible or acceptable portion of food. As shown in the photo, the rice is completely overwhelmed by an excessive amount of sauce, with very little meat visible. Where is the meat? I paid for a meal that should have had a reasonable balance of rice, meat, and sauce, but instead I received a plate drowning in sauce. There clearly needs to be better portion control and consistency when adding the sauces. When I went back into the restaurant to address the issue, the manager looked at the meal and said, “You can’t eat this.” My question is: Why was it served to me in the first place if the manager recognized that it was not acceptable to eat? This should never have left the kitchen. Customers should not have to pay for food and then bring it back because the restaurant itself acknowledges that it isn't edible. I would like an explanation as to why there was so little meat, why there was such an excessive amount of sauce, and what quality-control measures are in place to prevent this from happening. I also expect a refund or replacement meal for what I received.

Guys, with this downward trend, you’re on the verge of closing, because there are better and more profitable places to buy high‑quality food and get top‑notch service. Today you lost 10 people from my family. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

He just stood there silently staring at us, so I had to explain that I was picking up an order and give him the name. Even after that, he barely acknowledged us and showed no basic customer service. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t any better. The rice and chips tasted stale, and the rest of the food was very cold. Between the poor service and the quality of the food, I was extremely dissatisfied with this visit.
