    Pick up order was 4.5 late and took a total of 9.5 hours to complete! I've ordered online pick up from this location 5 times. One time, I received a completely different order, even though my name and information were right. However, it was Super Bowl morning, so I wrote it off as a busy day. But my last online order, I placed at 12PM to be picked up at 5PM. Despite multiple calls to the store and customer service, my order was not ready until 9:30PM. When I reached out to customer service for some type of reimbursement the store denied my request. Customer support stated I should "call the store and try and ask if they can reconsider." When I spoke with the store representative originally, I was super understanding, but there is no reason a 30 item order should take 9 hours to complete.

    y upsetting experience. I had placed my order with Safeway on 04/03 estimated time was for 5PM-9PM. The order ended up taking a delay which is to be expected, however it was a rolling delay, which resulted me not getting my order at all. No updates whatsoever on the app. Come following morning 04/04 i ended up checking outside to see if it ended up being delivered, no order to be found. App did not have any updates as i tried to reach out for help the automated chat bot kept replying with no existing orders. As i finally was able to reach a live representative (Leah Mae) she had then informed me that she can request a redelivery or a refund. If i chose refund my funds would have been returned 5-10 business days and if i chose redelivery it would have been for the following day 04/05 8-10AM . I chose redelivery, come 950AM i had no order delivered, i then reached out only to be told order is still being processed and advised to call the store. As i called the store, spoke to an agent, who then told me that the order was out for delivery and should be delivered in 15 minutes. Here i am waiting for the order because no updates on app still. Order shows up more than an hour later. I am very upset with this experience with safeway. I chose not to renew my Freshpass this is the worse experience with any delivery platform i've used. I got compensated with $10 dollars, what a joke. HomeAdvertising
