    The cashier will not shut up talking with customers. Each time she starts talking and she stops doing her job. Is taking forever to get through this line with miss motor mouth

    Great location when you need to pick up something quick after work. I love their app. The deals they have on soda when they are on sale is really a good deal. We always come in for that and only buy our soda here now. Oh and they have a great cheep fried chicken deal on Mondays!!

    I shopped in this store yesterday and the pricing in there system didn’t match the ads. After more than 20 minutes of the cashier trying to make them correct, she called a manager to correct the 4 items. Frustrated-always check your paper receipts before you leave, because when I got home I checked and I was OVER CHARGED $30+ dollars and now I have to go back 😡

    Our delivery orders get routed through this store. On the last order I had $56 worth of a $100 order not get delivered. I called, they said they would try to get the rest of it delivered as it was put on a different truck or I would get a call back. No call back was made. Customer service would only refund $52 and it would take 7 business days. So I had to pay another delivery fee just to get what I ordered the first time without even getting a full refund for the products not delivered. Receipt still shows I was charged the full amount for the order. Yet another service that you are required to put in a tip amount before any service is rendered, then have no recourse when you dont get what you pay for.

    Came here on 5/24 and ordered a curbside pickup. I made my order early on in the day and scheduled for 7-8pm. Arrived around 8:25pm to see my order wasn’t fully shopped. I gave it some time (20 minutes), then I called the store at 8:45pm to let them know I was parked and ready whenever it was finished. I was polite and said that I saw they were shopping, but that’s okay and we will wait for it. After that call, all shopping on my order halted. I reached out to customer service, but they could not do anything about it until after I received the order. At 9:16pm, I called the store again to check on the progress since nothing else had been shopped since before I called. There was no answer. I went inside and asked to speak with someone. I spoke with a few guys who found someone that said they would help us. The guys did not feel comfortable talking to the girl who picks the orders because she has gotten upset with them before, so they reached out for their coworker, Tony. Tony spoke with me politely and listened to my issue. He spoke with the employee, then came back to us and he ensured us the worker could have it out in about 20 minutes. He expressed his apologies and that it was a busy weekend. I asked if there was anyway we could get a refund instead of waiting another 20 minutes and he said he unfortunately could not do that, but I could call and reach out to the online order manager later and ask for that. I opted to wait for my order because I had already put in the time at the store and I didn’t want to leave empty handed. It is currently 9:33pm as I write this. I will update with when the order was actually handed off. At about 9:50pm my order came out. The employee who shopped the order was very sweet. She seemed overworked. After I asked, she told me she was the only one scheduled even though it is a holiday weekend. She did her best managing all the online orders at the end of the night. Every employee I spoke to tonight was very nice, reasonable, and understood my frustration. Shout out to the three guys who were at the self checkout area around 9:15pm, shout out to Tony for handling this situation with empathy and compassion, and shout out to the order shopper (I forgot to ask her name) who had a good attitude even with being overworked. I try hard not to complain because I know how hard retail and customer service can be, but management needs to know that their scheduling isn’t working. The staff is handling it like a champ, but they deserve better and more support.
