  Currently on phase 1 of the cold, so I wanted to enjoy some nice hot pho. Crab Rangoon: Nice, crispy and creamy from the cream cheese. But, there is no crab nor imitation… Plus, the portion of cream cheese really differs from one another. At least you can tell they’re handmade. PHO Special Style: This place got a light savory broth, which I fancy. The meat is quite generous. Tripes were thick. Tendons were soft but had a bite to it. Note, this order does come with meatball—I went away with it though. Service was adequate, nothing special. Food did take some time however. My appetizer arrived in a timely manner but the pho did take quite a bit. This is just an observation. It wasn’t a busy hour and there was only one cook in the back. Don’t forget to eat those pho veggies!

  The pho broth is terrible. I don’t know how these reviewers rave about the broth. Either they never Pho or someone they know in the restaurant. I ordered a hot stone bowl Pho, the broth needs more stew beef bones

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best spicy wonton soup I have ever had. Period. I’m not exaggerating when I say the spicy wonton soup at Thai Time in Mill Creek is incredible. I’ve had a lot of Thai food, but this was easily one of the most memorable dishes I’ve had in a long time. The flavor was so good spicy, savory, rich, a slight sweet note and incredibly satisfying. I genuinely wanted to order another bowl immediately. 😂 The rest of the experience was just as good. Customer service was excellent, the food came out quickly, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. You can tell there’s real care behind the food and the experience. I already know this is about to become a once-a-week meal for me, especially as we head into fall. 🍜🔥 I’m seriously considering ordering the spicy wonton soup in batches because I need this in my life on a regular basis. If you’re looking for Thai food in Mill Creek, Thai Time is absolutely worth trying. And if you like spicy soup, GET THE SPICY WONTON SOUP. You’re welcome. 😂 I love supporting small local businesses, and Thai Time absolutely earned this review. I’ll be back!

  I have had Pho from various places in Mill Creek and Bothell, and by far this place is the BEST of them all. Literally every time I've gotten Pho from here, it was perfect. The rare steak is always fresh, never has any green spots that you may find from places that sell older meats. The brisket is always tender, never that hard or chewy consistency that may come from overcooking. The noodles, always the perfect amount of al dente. Never soggy or mushy. The vegetables are always super fresh and I love how thinly sliced the onions are, it makes them blend with the broth and noodles so well, and the Thai basil is very aromatic, adding just the right amount of freshness to the broth. Bean sprouts are always crunchy and fresh, literally top tier. They are also super consistent, whether you order in the morning or night. I love this place ❤️.

  I stopped here for my lunch break and just got a steak Pho, probably one of the best bowls of Pho I have ever had. The broth had such a rich flavor everything in the soup was fresh. Very pleasantly surprised and hope I end up back in the area soon! Staff was super friendly as well
