  Didn't take my order right which at first wasn't a big deal to me until I bit into a completely raw quarter pounder and then when I called about it the girl hung up on me after I said that I wasnt going to be driving put there again tonight considering the price of gas right now. Now I just have to hope my kids and I don't get sick because they didn't want to fully cook their food. They weren't busy when I was there either.

  So, today I went to McDonald's for a Diet Coke and a wrap, and I was served by Mr. Alex at the drive-thru window. The issue is that the service he provided was terrible. He was rude and wouldn't let me finish explaining what was going on so that he could understand my order—there was a confusion. He kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak. Despite having patience and waiting, his attitude remained extremely rude. In my opinion, this is very disappointing, and I won’t be going back to that McDonald’s. Also, add that at the end, his attitude got even worse—he shut the window in a rude way, almost slamming it. Thanks..

  People sometimes mess up orders (either customers or the store), but the staff currently here helped me out on correcting the issues nicely, supportively, and friendly.

  Ordered kiosk, customized burger with no onion, comes loaded with onions. Nuggets not hot. Kids still love will be back
