  I saw the post about this guy Luis about complaining about a Hispanic woman who quote on quote "being rude" even though he was the one being rude to her. From what I heard, he was the one being rude to her. Hopefully the company will support their employees instead rude costumers that will the employees badly and trying to get attention. Just be nice to others

  The short Hispanic lady with glasses snatched my order from my hand. I asked “Isn’t that order for Luis V?” She snapped and said “yeah!” While giving me a dirty look. I said “ ok so it’s for me, there is no need to be rude!” She responded “ Your rude!” I can’t believe that work in customer service can be so inappropriate. Who ever is the manager need to sit her down and let her know how to behave.

  Bagels are delicious and made to order. They had a huge selection of bagels. The Nova Lox bagel with salmon was awesome. I had a great experience here and would return and recommend it to people visiting the Bellevue area.

  First off, I agree that knowing where to order is confusing because there is no sign that says “order here” but there is a sign that says “pay here”. Also, there is no screen to verify your order at either of the registers. I went in today to order the nova lox brunch special. I wanted to add extra veggies so that’s why I did it in person vs ordering online. On the app, it also said customization is limited on the app and to order at the bakery. I told the cashier I wanted the nova lox brunch special and he said ok. I added cucumbers and didn’t realize he charged me an extra $.99 for it when in the app it’s free. Instead of the special, he input the sandwich à la cart. In the app, if it was à la cart, it would’ve come with a side of cookie or chips (which weren’t given to me). When I went to pay, I paid and was then given my receipt. That’s when I noticed that the previous cashier input my order incorrectly. I tried to explain to the cashier that I wanted the brunch special and I was told I could only order that online since she didn’t have a button for it. I showed her the app and said it doesn’t say order online only. The manager walked over and I explained again what happened and she said since I already paid that that’s what my order was going to do. I still tried to explain what happened and even another customer tried to help me. After this discussion, they finally agreed to give me my correct order. When I went to eat my sandwich, it wasn’t cut (like I had requested) and I was given only a thin slice of lox. Definitely not worth the hassle for a sandwich that didn’t have enough lox.
