  I am here once weekly. Really hit and miss depending on the night. The pizza is decent, not amazing, but not terrible. Sometimes prompt, sometimes, you'll be waiting awhile. the salad bar may or may not have ingredients. The veggies may be fresh, or may be soggy, or hey, may even be mostly frozen still. 2 weeks ago, i paid for a salad, went to the bar, and there was an employee finishing putting everything away. it was 6:30 -- guess they felt like that was enough serving salad for the night. overall, pretty mediocre, unpredictable place.

  Way too expensive and they are so CHEAP on toppings. I ordered a pizza last night. $38 for a MEDIUM pizza! I added red onions and green peppers for toppings and when it came it had exactly one see-thru-sliver of onion, and one equally - thin green pepper on each slice. That's it. Good crust, but not worth it for the money! Just sayin'

  We always love coming to pizza factory, it's something I grew up going to with my family and I have always loved their breadsticks and pizza. The only reason I don't give it a full 5 star is because of the owner I Medical Lake. On multiple occasions that we have been there, we have heard her yelling and bad mouthing her own staff. In front of costumers. Which not only looks bad for her as the owner, but puts the costumer in an awkward situation and makes us feel bad for her employees. The food is good, the place is acceptable for cleanliness, and the staff has always been very nice! Except for the owner.
