  I ordered my pizzas at 6pm for pickup and was told it would be ready in a half an hour. I paid when I was told when the pizzas would be ready, waited around for another half an hour, then was told I had to wait another 10 minutes. Currently I’m sitting in my car because she asked me to wait another 5 minutes. I do not blame the person behind the counter. She was super nice. This is a long wait.

  This place sucks!!!! We waited an hour for a pizza and there just talking crap while making the pizza and just remaked it for no reason and they were so rude to us. and they made it with NO gloves and NOT wasing there hands and just spitting in people's food! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

  Bread sticks were slightly undercooked, salad bar was lacking salad, but that was remedied. Water from the soda machine tasted like soap. Not sure if that was from the machine or a cup that wasn't rinsed well. Overall employee morale seemed pretty low from a customer's perspective, and the place seemed kinda neglected. I'm writing this review hoping that management will put some time and energy into the place. I love the pizza factory brand overall, and would love to see some life breathed back into a generally great restaurant. The pizza was awesome, though!

  The best pizza around. Beats all the big chains by far. Our go-to place for a pie, when we go out for pizza.

  I am here once weekly. Really hit and miss depending on the night. The pizza is decent, not amazing, but not terrible. Sometimes prompt, sometimes, you'll be waiting awhile. the salad bar may or may not have ingredients. The veggies may be fresh, or may be soggy, or hey, may even be mostly frozen still. 2 weeks ago, i paid for a salad, went to the bar, and there was an employee finishing putting everything away. it was 6:30 -- guess they felt like that was enough serving salad for the night. overall, pretty mediocre, unpredictable place.
