  Have used this store many times but in recent months the drive thru has not put in an order for my sandwich while in drive thru or forgotten my mozzarella sticks. And they required someone who lives 15 minutes away to come back for a refund of $6.29. So because it would cost me that much in fuel and time, they get $6.29 off of me. Their policy is inconvenient for people who live in more rural areas. Disappointing.

  So... not sure when Arby's stopped cutting their sandwiches? I will give credit where credit is due... they threw in a plastic knife, because its so easy and fun to cut a sliding sammich in the car on the go with the equivalent of a stick... also... they were out of horsey sauce... but instead of telling me, I had to check my bag and ask for it again, at which point they informed me and got me a cup of some... the bread was old, and the crust was so hard i should have used it instead of the knife to cut the darn thing... and the turkey had a disgusting after taste, literally threw out two thirds of the sadnwich. And finally, really sad they dont do the chopped jalapeños anymore... although I suspect they just didnt want to deal with it lol.

  They shut their shake machine down extra early so you don’t have the full menu available, just so they can leave early. That’s lazy and they even told us that is the reason.

  So sick of fast food employees not doing their job, demanding 20 bucks an hour. Got their 30 minutes before they closed, ordered the French dip.. said they couldn't do it because they were out of au jus.. you know, the powder with hot water. If you don't want to work fast food and think you deserve to go home early after your hard day of slicing all those meats.. maybe get some education and do something different Whoever the staff was around 9:00 p.m. on June 28th.. good lord. DO YOUR JOB OR CLOSE THE STORE. Won't be back to Arby's for a long time
