  The store wasn't well cleaned. I could see the garbages full to the max, stuff on the floor, didn't give me confidence that the food cleanliness is on point when the place looked a mess. Keeping a clean environment with food is important, and the environment was not clean. There was a young lady who while making pizzas offered a "Welcome in" that was nice, but the young teen looking guy at the register had a horrible attitude. I asked about my order when I arrived to pick it up and he said "not ready yet" he had a attitude like I was bothering him. Then when the screen said for awhile my pizza was finally ready, I said "excuse me it says my pizza is ready?" He snapped."It is hold on!!!" I said "ok thank you." And he walked away with a eye roll. Then a few mins later when it was officially ready he just left it on the counter, the waiting room was full so I inquired "is this mine" he snapped back with another eye roll "yeah, here!" Like wow buddy, I was friendly and patient and didn't throw back the attitude he was dishing. Made me never want to go back. The pizza wasn't worth the price, the wait, or the service. If they had one of those 3 qualities itd have maybe made it worth it. I felt unwelcome, I waited a long time for ordering in advanced and the pizza wasn't great. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 cause the young girl making the pizza at least made a effort to be friendly and was working hard despite her unpleasant coworker standing around and treating customers poorly and maybe when the teen with the greasy shaggy hair and attitude isn't there it's more pleasant. I'll never know cause I won't order from that Pizza Hut again.

  ImI didn't know they went through DoorDash until after the pizza was ordered and paid for. They charge $6.75 supposedly for delivery fee but they don't deliver. When my pizza arrived now it was it cold, but the seal on the box was broken... $30 worth of pizza down the tube

  Ordered 2 personal pizzas through door dash for $30 and received essentially cheese bread. I ordered bacon onions chicken and parmesean sauce and got cheese bread Luke warm. I called the store and the manager was disinterested at best and was talking to someone else the whole call. I explained politely and told him I sent a photo to Colin F. The driver but he could not have cared less. He said "sounds like it was a little under topped sorry about that....." silence. I will never order pizza hut again in my life and will strictly order domino's now even though thier sauce gives me heartburn. The burn will remind me of the satisfaction I feel never giving these smug teens my money again for cold cheesy bread. He didnt offer a coupon or dessert or free pizza. Just a fake apology to get me off the phone. Great work pizza hut. Im glad domino's is kicking your butts globally.

  I've been getting my pizza from here long before covid. I miss my order of anchovie pizza. Anyway probably around the time anchovies were band from my pizzas other things started to go missing to. Sausage, pepperoni, olives, jalapeño, mushrooms. I guess yall starting to phase those out to. My pizzas looking kinda skimpy. And no, I didn't pick em off. This has happened to my pizzas more than once, I do give you every dollar you charge?? Call me when my dollars are a bit thin, I'll right that wrong.
