  We were in tonight for carry out and were helped by Daniel. He was very upbeat, outgoing and friendly. By far one of the best experiences. We will definitely be coming back. You have a wonderful employee.

  I placed an online order that was marked for carry out, not delivery. My bad. Called the location and was connected with Ian. He was able to verify my order and was able to quickly correct my issue. During delivery there was some confusion regarding the payment, but Ian was able to reassure both myself and the driver that there was no issue. As a Customer Experience Professional myself, this was a phenomenal experience and I am hopeful Ian's leadership will recognize this interaction. Absolutely top class!

  Went in for two 1 topping $3 individual pan pizza special on Tuesdays. Added bacon for an additional.79 cents each pizza. And an order of breadsticks. $7.99 for 5 breadsticks 😮 When I picked up, I asked if they had additional garlic butter since the last ones I got were dry and not flavored. Guy said “well maybe they just didn’t brush the bread well enough”. DUH! But no additional butter. Gray haired guy that looked like he barely knew if he had his shoes on the right feet. Previously it was a younger girl whose name started with a T that could care less if you were a paying customer. Just get in and get out of her face so she could get back on her phone. Get home. This is the pizza. One piece of pepperoni on each of the 4 pieces of pizza and the ONE piece has two pieces of bacon next to the crust and another piece of pizza had one piece of bacon. Total for two individual pizzas, 8 diced pieces of bacon. $16.38 for two small individual pizzas with 8 slices of pepperoni and 8 diced pieces of bacon. And semi dry bread. Not worth it. I’ll go across the street to MOD pizza for $5 more I get two large pizzas unlimited toppings and the best garlic cheesy bread around! I tried to give Pizza Hut the benefit of the doubt. Food wasn’t much better the second and third times. Third time is the last time. Obviously they have personnel and quality issues.

  Was over an hour after delivery time, when called was told it had left, however it was still at store. Was warm at best.
