  Last time i'll order Pizzahut. The food hurts your body, the cooks ignore sauce ratios (thin sauce means: please don't give me heartburn or make my $30 order trash-inedible), too skimpy on cheese - $30 doesn't merit skimpy portions. The wings are of an even cheaper supplier - tasted like rotten chicken covered in hotwing sauce. Cheese sticks were stingy on cheese as well. The cheese itself is a cheese sauce/blend - yes i can tell the difference between a diluted mixture and an ingredient you no longer provide. This food is a potential health hazard.

  Nikita was amazing and deserves a gold star for customer service. DoorDash picked up my delivery and took an extremely long time to get my pizza. My delivery time went from 15 minutes to 45 after they picked it up. I called the store frustrated and Nikita went above and beyond to track my order and come up with a satisfactory solution. She was kind, thoughtful, genuine, creative and honestly her service tonight was exactly what excellent customer service Iooks like. Thank you, Nikita for being an amazing human.

  Met a great person (short old guy). Very cheerful and joyful person. Every store needs that kind of person. Food also exceeded our expectations Thanks man. We left with smile on our faces

  We were in tonight for carry out and were helped by Daniel. He was very upbeat, outgoing and friendly. By far one of the best experiences. We will definitely be coming back. You have a wonderful employee.

  I placed an online order that was marked for carry out, not delivery. My bad. Called the location and was connected with Ian. He was able to verify my order and was able to quickly correct my issue. During delivery there was some confusion regarding the payment, but Ian was able to reassure both myself and the driver that there was no issue. As a Customer Experience Professional myself, this was a phenomenal experience and I am hopeful Ian's leadership will recognize this interaction. Absolutely top class!
