Short staffed doesn’t mean you blatantly ignore customers and not greet them. Set an example for your team. Lost our business. .....and after an hour being at the location and cancelling my order...it was delivered to my house. What a shit show. Hope I actually got a refund...

We stood at the counter for about 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, then waited another couple of minutes just to place our order. We were told the wait would be around 25 minutes, but ended up waiting over an hour. After finally receiving our food, we realized the order was wrong because the employee taking the order clearly did not listen to what we asked for. Poor customer service, lack of attentiveness, and excessive wait times made this a very frustrating experience. Definitely not the level of service we expected.
