- KCKathy CoppAug 12, 20261.0We order our pizza at 6:15pm and we arrived at 6:35pm. The employees informed we had already picked up our pizza. Well if we had picked up our pizza then we would not be there to pick up our pizza, correct. The manager stated this happens all the time. Ok well then maybe as a manager then you need to fix this issue and people won’t be disappointed in the fact that the have to wait until 6:57pm for you to make them another pizza. Another customer asked us if they made us another pizza? He said it’s not the first time he has heard the manger say this happens all the time. The manager did NOT even offer any compensation for THEIR mistake. Why is this manager even working when they use this statement, “What would you like me to do.” Nope no good manager should ever us that statement. They should already know the solutions. The worst thing is that none of the employees acknowledged my husband while he was waiting when he arrived at this papa johns
