- LSLeon Stacy1 day ago1.0Ordered Pizza here, and they messed up on my order. Coincidentally the system was down but he offered a free pizza. Also don’t think they know i could heard the GM on the call. She was very rude and said just say there’s nothing you can do. At the minimum could’ve explained something or apologized.
- CNCandice NatacSep 14, 20261.0The counter is always cluttered so it looks messy. Blonde gal with AirPods, I’ve encountered her before or lack thereof. Usually there in the evening time, at least when I’ve been there. The first time I just thought maybe she’s having a rough day but the second time I had to put in a review. She doesn’t say a word, not even thank you. My money is going to your paycheck, the least you can do is acknowledge. As a store manager for a food and beverage business… this is unacceptable, if you keep her there just to have a warm body, that is diabolical!! I wish there was a closer Papa John’s, but unfortunately this is the closest one to me as I drive from Arlington to get their pizza. To the GM of this establishment, if you care…. This is a reflection of your leadership. Allowing your team to have air pods in while working and not even say a word is wild. You have ample opportunity to capitalize on this business since there is limited Papa John’s in the area. People won’t remember what they ordered but they do remember how your team treated them.
- SISam IamSep 12, 20261.0The girl with making the pizza with no gloves, headphones and nose piercing is very unwelcoming
- UKUsman KhalilSep 2, 20261.0Beware!!!! Not clean at all bugs in their store. They are not even using gloves to make the pizza. Eat and get sick
- RLRenee LariosAug 22, 20265.0I deliver for doordash and always have a great experience with this location but tonight my order pick up was for my own family. Pizza was hot, fresh out of the over, and service was fast and friendly. Good job ladies 👍
