Food was good, presentation was horrible. Waitress only stop by twice at table. Dried food on seats and food/dirty in corners under tables. Needs an update in atmosphere.

I hate to leave bad reviews. I understand people have bad days but my entire experience from walking in the front door to leaving was terrible. We entered the lobby at 7:30, the restaurant had 5 tables and I counted 3-4 servers (one may have been a busser). I had to go to the bar to ask to be seated in the restaurant because no one came to greet us for over 10 minutes. Then it still took 5 more minutes for someone to come seat us (with no silverware). I think my server was somewhat new, she finally came to ask us if we had been helped yet after 10-15 minutes of sitting down. That’s 30 minutes we’ve been in the restaurant on a slow night with no service. We ordered sodas and a blooming onion to start. When the server brought my daughters lemonade the lid wasn’t on all the way and she spilt on the table before pushing the lid all the way down and then walking away.. when she brought out the blooming onion I asked for napkins and silverware so I could clean up the lemonade my daughter had been pushing all over the table, and so we would be able to wipe our hands. I ended up having to go to the restroom to get paper towels.. by the time I came back, the server had brought out 3 small drink napkins (AKA coaster napkins) and still no silverware. Wasn’t a big deal bc I had paper towels at that point to wipe my greasy fingers from the appetizer. Then she brings my salad. She walked away quickly before I realized I still had no silverware, so I tried to flag her down and she said she’d be right with me and proceeded to roll her eyes. When she came back and I asked for silverware she apologized and had to go hunt for silverware. At this point we had been there 45 minutes and I was just over it. I asked for the bill for the food we had already recieved and my server looked like she was about to cry and apologized profusely. I’m not upset with the server (other than when she rolled her eyes at me) but I believe management should’ve been out helping their team if they were struggling that bad. There was more dirty, unbussed tables in the restaurant than sat, and it wasn’t because everyone had just left. They just simply weren’t doing their jobs. I’m a long time server/bartender and I wanted so badly to get up and help this struggling crew. Very disappointed with my entire experience.

If you are heading to this Outback location hoping to catch a local Seattle Mariners game over dinner, save yourself the trip. We came in specifically to grab dinner and watch the M’s game. Upon being seated, I asked our server if he could turn the game on. He assured me he would. What followed was a string of poor service and broken promises: Painfully Slow Service: The service here was slower than molasses. Drinks took an excessively long time to arrive, and the server even took the food order of a table that was seated after us before coming back to ours. Stringing Us Along: I asked a second time about the game while ordering, and the server again claimed he was "getting right on that." The Truth: Nearly 20 minutes into the game, I finally asked the bartender directly if they could switch a TV from a soccer match to the Mariners. I was told management doesn't pay for Mariners broadcasts, so they cannot air the local MLB team at all. Had the server been honest from the start, we could have left to eat elsewhere. Instead, because we had already ordered food and drinks, I was stuck listening to the radio broadcast on my phone at the dining table—something I would never normally do at a restaurant, but was forced into doing because of the constant runaround. To top it all off, the server didn't even mention he couldn't turn the game on until the very end of our meal when bringing the check. Bottom line: Extremely slow service and misleading communication. Don't expect to watch local Seattle sports on TV here.

The food at Outback Steakhouse is usually a reliable choice, and this visit was no exception on that front. The burgers were cooked well, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the overall quality of the meal met expectations. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined the experience. From start to finish, our server was entirely inattentive. They only appeared at the table twice: once to drop off our food and drinks, and a second time simply to slap the bill down without a word. At no point during the meal did they check in to see how our food was, ask if we needed refills, or even offer a standard "thank you for coming." Good food can only go so far when you are treated like an inconvenience. Management really needs to step up staff training regarding basic hospitality and attentiveness. Unless the service improves dramatically, I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.
