  I spent $65 for supper when I got home my large fries were half full. The person who took my order acted like I was an inconvenience when I asked for my milk shake & burger they never gave me . I didn’t have my receipt cause the self order thing didn’t print one If you’re going to work in fast food at least be friendly instead of looking like you hate your job!

  We ordered our meal at 5:54pm and didn't receive it until 6:40pm. I asked multiple times even though they just stare at you and dont want to help. Once I did get someone's attention they say they will bring it out once its complete. Many families received there meals before us and I asked again and most employees just stare and hope they dont make eye contact. Then finally someone helped and went above and beyond and looked to print out another receipt from kiosk but then came back and told me he found it on floor and had fallen down. Your customer service needs to improve alot....

  Fries always burned, filled half full. I Don’t go tot this one normally, took a chance out of convenience. So grossed out and will never go back hair wrapped in the cheeseburger. Called manager she didn’t seem to care. I weren’t back to get refund. Huge disappointment and inconvenience

  So today was the day that I decided to get Mcdonalds and it was all just wrong. I ordered the number 9 combo which is 2 cheeseburgers fries and a drink. I did the ususl routine: pulled up to the drive through, ordered my large plain cheeseburger combo meal. When I went to the second window, I had to wait 5 min to be told to wait in the standby area for my order. It took them 10 min to get my order to me only to get the wrong order. I went into the store and tried to get the attention of the supervisor. I thought I was being polite, but he didnt even acknowledge me. I had to stand directly infront of him at the register to explain to him the my order was completely wrong. HE took my bag without saying anything to me or confirming what my order was. I then had to wait another 5 min to get my order. The manager was extrememly rude and when I brought to his attention that although he gave me the burgers, Im now missing my fry. He threw them in a bag and handed it to me and went about his business. No apology...no nothing. I understand that when it gets busy, it gets busy, but quality and consistency should never be compromised and today was just a complete disappointment...not to mention I was late coming back from my lunch break. In this industry, customer service is ABSOLUTE! i think I will just stick to the Mcdonalds closer to my house cause this one never leaves me satisfied or happy. I always leave with a messed up order.

  3 out of 4 kiosks broken. The one kiosk has a broken receipt printer. Ask at front and get told to wait for my order with no receipt given. They also removed all the table placards and disabled table delivery so had to stand waiting. Bonus. The sundae ordered couldn't be made so had to argue to finally get a refund instead of then shoving cookies as a compensation. I've never been to such a mess of a McDonald's before. Awful experience.
