  Come here to get a carrot juice. 1 carrot juice cost $15. Thats a bit crazy.

  I used to love Jamba, but it seems like their ingredients just get cheaper and cheaper. My "Aloha Pineapple" tastes like stale apple juice. I added soy protein just because (knowing I'm already ingesting a lot of sugar) and it's only 9g of protein? Wow. The wait time is ridiculous, poor girl was by herself taking orders and making smoothies. Someone finally showed up towards the end of my 15 minute wait to hand me my smoothie. The walls in this place are also absolutely disgusting and look water damaged, like the floor flooded and nobody has bothered to fix it. One of the juice machines (that "stir" the juice) looked like it had something in it, more than just the bubbles it creates, something darker like mildew or something. I will never come back here, especially not for $12. I honestly feel bad for the employees dealing with all of this, it's always younger people just trying to get by and having to scramble for time just to keep up with the customers.

  I took my neice and nephew there last night and my nephew spilled his smoothie all over the floor. The employees were so nice about it. They cleaned it up for us and replaced his smoothie for free. He felt really bad, so I appreciated their response a lot.

  Ordered a large ($14+) basically got a small in a large container, didn’t even come with banana how it’s supposed to and I asked for peanut butter and didn’t receive any, a bit ridiculous…. Probably my last time here

  We walked out after waiting 10 minutes to be helped even after employees saw us waiting not even a hello. Worst customer service in the world hands down.
