Meat was really chewy and the food just tasted weird compared to other chipotles. Got a stomach ache afterwards which sucked and knew it was from the food. My order was missing the two tortillas on the side and two of the four bowls didn't have fajitas as well. It has been confirmed that these packs come in the tortillas that are located next to the bowls. Many people are also commenting that management at this location is extremely problematic. Most of the reviews in the last month are 1 or low stars and then two in the last few days which are clearly paid or bots as all the reviews are from the same day. Im not sure whats happening at this location but management is aware/causing the issues and clearly doesn't care. I have not received a response regarding this but my video on tiktok has almost 7k views at this time and its being pushed to the locals around Marysville.
- JBJarod Bailey-MontemoinoJul 25, 20265.0Great food, this has become our everyday resturant because it fits our financial, and both my fiancé and my dietary needs perfectly, portions are great for the price (I don't get the complaint about the price its really not bad but maybe that's because we're from Alaska and know what expensive really looks like). The only complaint I have is some of the staff at the location, its not every time but a few times now our food has been drastically wrong, Im a big dude and we go to the gym a lot so I order extra portions, ive had my bowl given to me half full, one of your female staff members has been flirting with me and deliberately messed up my fiances food, and last night several people got the wrong order completely because they had already pretty much closed the resturant by 10 when I picked up my order. And I know I order late a lot but an hour before closing was crazy work to have the front line empty and the lights off.
