I understand working late shifts and the stress from orders, i also understand that customer service is supposed to be a priority. We waited in line for 25-30 minutes to get a cone & a tub of ice cream from the freezer while the 2 girls loudly complained about other co workers, the side work that had to be done, and orders they were getting, and the employee w/colorful hair and facial piercings had said multiple times how she was “about to crash out” or would walk away from customers mid order and throw her hands up and exclaim that she’s quitting. I also work a customer service job. I get being overwhelmed but it made myself & my partner feel like a burden they were dealing with and other customers in line also were mumbling about the wait time. A bummer of an experience but I’m hoping it was maybe just a fluke of a bad night.
