  I've never been to a Papa Johns before so didn't really know what to expect. I was surprised that it's just a store front. I thought there would be some seating so was glad I didn't bring my family. At 4:00 PM, I used their app to order pizza. The app was cumbersome to use. Things didn't seem to be placed very intuitively. Finally got my pizza ordered for 5:00 PM. When I arrived, the disabled parking is on the side of the building rather than in front where most disabled people would expect it (because that's what the ADA requires). I was also surprised that they didn't have curbside delivery available like other pizza places. So, I waddled my crippled butt into the storefront. Told them I had an internet order. The nice young lady asked my name and typed on a keyboard. She asked it again and typed some more. It wasn't in there. Somewhere, between the app and the store, the order got lost. They suggested maybe I was confused and had ordered at Papa Murphy's. No, I know the difference between Papa Murphy and Papa John. Papa John's is the place where they said, "Better ingredients, better pizza, Papa Johns." I checked my credit card and there the purchase was. After some wrangling, I showed the credit card info to the manager and they decided to go ahead and make my pizzas. "So, what did you order?" I don't remember exactly what I ordered. These are different than other places and they were modified. So we figured out what I probably ordered and they made the pizzas. Then I waddled my crippled butt back to my car, carrying 3 pizzas along with my two canes. No one offered to help me to the car. I suppose if that's not something they offer, they don't offer it. Got the pizza home and it was mediocre at best. Too many other good pizza places around, most likely, I won't be going back.

  It's a pizza shop so the atmossphere iss just industrial lol. But I always get good pizza from here! Veggie pizza or mushroom with vegan meats on it (my own). I'd say they should offer vegan meats.. but that's ok. Yes dairy pizza for one last time probably for me but mm so delicious!

  The pizzas are always a little doughy. I always have to cook them extra when I get home. But the overall flavor is great.

  The staff at this location are very inappropriate and unprofessional. They have x-rated conversations with eachother when there are customers in the lobby and they do not care for cleanliness when handling the food itself. I witnessed a staff member tossing pizza dough and it landing on his shoulder and bare arm and then continuing to use it to make an order afterwards.
