    If I could write a negative star review I would, every time I go here they never get my order right and I always end up waiting 30-60 minutes just to get service that isn’t even good. Even just now I was told by the teenager in the drive through that she couldn’t put in an order for a large side cup of Mac and cheese 🧍‍♂️ like everyone in that Chick-fil-A was acting confused over a damn side cup. Please for the sake of people who just want to get convenient food every once in a while; please get this place under different management and try to actual train the people instead of throwing them in a situation where people get angry and annoyed with them.

    This was my 1st experience with Chick-fil-A and I hope every location is just as fantastic! The driver-thru was so different! The whole vibe was "professionally chill" happy and friendly. The 1 on 1 interaction definitely puts this franchise above the rest. The food was juicy and flavorful with fresh ingredients! I will definitely be eating more chicken now! Thanks guys!

    There were only two cars in the drive-thru when our order was taken, and we specifically requested a large amount of Chick-fil-A sauce with our order. When we reached the window, we were asked if we were "Connor." We said no and were then directed to pull into a parking spot. A short time later, we were asked to move to another parking spot. By that point, we had already been waiting about 12 minutes. Since there were only two cars waiting, I asked how much longer it would be and also reminded the employee to make sure our order included plenty of Chick-fil-A sauce. We finally received our food after approximately 20 minutes of waiting, long enough that we had already finished our shakes before the food arrived. Unfortunately, when we received our order, there was no Chick-fil-A sauce included. When I asked for some, the employee asked if I wanted two packets. I replied that I would like more than that. To his credit, he returned with a generous amount of sauce. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that my chicken sandwich was poorly prepared and did not look appetizing. In addition, it included tomatoes even though I had specifically requested that no tomatoes be added. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the excessive wait time, the missing sauces, and the incorrect preparation of my sandwich.

    The mobile order line consistently has very long delays while the regular line moves slow but still faster. The staff apologize for the delay every time they deliver the order. What would be nice is if they fixed the delay. No matter what time of day, the mobile order line is slow.

    The new Chick-fil-A in Maple Valley is not only one of the largest locations I've been to, but so far one of the cleanest the parking lot is huge. The outdoor seating space is nice and large. The staff so far seems really great and they seem to be taking better care of those who work outside in the drive-thru than other locations I've been to. The parking lot is absolutely massive. It's easily three times the size of the one in Covington. The restaurant is easily double the size of the one in Covington. The staff are super nice. The drive-thru line is really well thought out because it doesn't just go out into the street or anything. It wraps around the parking lot so you can still access the parking lot in the drive-thru line doesn't get in your way. The location itself is pretty nice, at least for me because it's close enough to my home that I don't feel like I'm going out of my way to get Chick-fil-A. It's over near a lot of residential area as well as small businesses and is probably going to do really great business once the new apartment building's open. The food is standard Chick-fil-A. Not horrible. Not blowing my mind, but I'm also not the biggest fan of Chick-fil-A food so I'm a little biased. That being said, they did mess up my order twice and I had to come back because they forgot one of my items. They were very courteous but they didn't do anything to make it right. Aside from do the refund and then give me the other item there is no. Sorry for our mistake or anything like that. Which I've experienced at other locations. I will say the gentleman in the drive-thru who helped me correct. The order was super gracious and super nice
