- SBSunshine Blark1 day ago1.0Sat in the drive thru for 15 min. No problem, I get it. Ordered 2 salads and cup of soup. Left and pulled in to the 7-11 across the street to check to make sure the dressings were in the bag and there was NO CHICKEN ON THE SALADS. Either one of them. What in the world? How do you forget the chicken on BOTH salads?So I had to turn around. Park, go in the restaurant and wait in line and the guys response was "weird" and took the salads and put chicken on them and gave them back. They were still the worst salads. 3 pieces of corn 2 plum tomatoes. Just go to MOD that's 5 minutes down the road for a salad that's worth $14. No sorry about that, no nothing just "oh that's weird"
- SSSivilay Sisomphou2 days ago2.0Drive-Thru Service Needs Improvement I’m sharing this feedback because I believe there is a simple opportunity to improve the drive-thru experience. I recently visited the drive-thru and placed our order with the operator. As I moved forward in the queue, the vehicle ahead of us reached the window and received their food. However, after receiving their order, they proceeded to place an additional food order. Rather than asking that vehicle to pull forward and allowing the rest of the drive-thru customers to continue receiving their orders, the staff allowed the vehicle to remain at the window while the additional food was prepared. This created a delay for everyone behind them. By the time I reached the window, my waffle fries were already cold rather than hot and fresh. As a drive-thru customer, I expect my food—especially items such as waffle fries—to be served hot and fresh so I can enjoy it immediately after leaving the restaurant. Suggested corrective action: When a customer places an additional order after reaching the window, Chick-fil-A should consider having that vehicle pull forward and place the new order at the back of the preparation queue. This would prevent one customer’s additional order from delaying the customers who have already been waiting patiently. I appreciate the staff’s efforts, but I believe improving this process would create a fairer and more consistent experience for all drive-thru customers.

Employees standing around gabbing with no sense of urgency. Seems more like a social club that occasionally sells sandwiches than a functioning Chick fil a.
- JJJustinAug 13, 20262.0This location is constantly getting orders wrong and has very slow service. The mobile thru line seems like a waste. The one time they have gotten me my food quickly in this line I had to wait 6 mins for the 2 cars ahead of me to get their orders before I could drive away, so it defeats the intended purpose entirely. The other times I have used this line it has been at least a 5 min wait, even when I was the first in line. Just make 2 normal lines with the ability to use mobile at either. Overall, the staff seems very young and inexperienced even compared to other locations, but they are usually very friendly and the food is consistent with any other Chick-fil-a. If you do decide to eat here, just be prepared to wait longer than other locations and check that your food is correct.

Not only did they make a new drive through system, letting people get their food faster, but for some reason their food tastes better than any other Chick-fil-a I've been to. If they are not busy, they also will occasionally come around and ask if we want any refills. Sweet tea is really good.
