  Online order was easy and pick up time as expected per order ETA. We always get the stuff crust pepperoni. Note on my rating scale: Sharing this for transparency, as I recognize that a 3-star review may be misinterpreted as reflecting a mediocre experience. 5 stars – Exceptional: Outstanding food, service, and/or overall experience. Truly worth going out of your way for. 4 stars – Very Good: Exceeds expectations in quality, service, or ambiance. 3 stars – Good: A solid experience that meets expectations. I consider any place with 3 stars or above worthy of a return visit. 2 stars – Disappointing: Falls short in food quality or service. 1 star – Poor: Not recommended.

  I haven’t had Papa John’s in 10 years and God as my witness it’ll be another 10 before I choose to have them again. I got food poisoning two days ago. After 48 hours of recovery and bland food, I was craving some pizza and garlic sauce. After my meal today… I felt better when I was food poisoned. Pizzas did not look appetizing. Dough was barely cooked through. Taste was abysmal (upgraded to “terrible” with the garlic sauce). Maybe if I was still a 22 year old college student and drunk off my ass at 1am, this food would taste good. Alas, I’m 40, sober, and unfortunately for me my taste buds work just fine. This place just sucks. 0/10, would NOT recommend.

  I ordered online and picked up my order, which was ready quickly and was accurate. There was also a ton of parking spots.

  I ordered a pizza, bread sticks, and wings. When they arrived the order was cold. Ok, I can deal with that. We went to eat the pizza and it was so overcooked it was not edible. So I grabbed a bread stick and dipped it in the pizza sauce and the sauce tasted horrible like it was rancid, it smelled SO BAD. made me want to vomit. Better ingredients, better pizza? Should not be the slogan because the ingredients were rotten and pizza was cooked wrong. When I called to tell the person answering the phone, she was very nice and without any questions refunded me my money. Now that I think about it, kind of weird there were no questions, like they already knew it was bad before using it my pizza. I truly hope this was all a mistake and not just disregard for basic food safety standards. After this experience and reading some of these reviews, I can say without hesitation that I will never get another order from here and I really think no one else should until some huge changes are made in the way of food safety. If there is not some sort of intervention someone is going to end up very ill. I say this as my stomach is turning, sad to say but tonight I think that someone is me!

  This Papa Johns restored my faith in Papa Johns! We ordered delivery to our hotel on 6/13/26. The Pizza was made with care. It arrived hot, and just as delicious as I remember. I will definitely be ordering from this Papa Johns every time I am in Lynnwood. The staff at this location have my respect and gratitude. Thank you for taking pride in your work!
