- CMCanyon MMay 10, 20261.0Ordered online and needed to cancel a duplicate order. Called the restaurant 5-7 times and went straight to voicemail with full voicemail inbox so I couldn’t even leave a message. Ran to the store as soon as I can and they were not willing to give a refund. They said they turned off the phones because they could not serve the tables and answer phones at the same time. There were 2 tables (one a party of four and one a party of 2). She said they already made it so no refund could be given but their phone should have been on or a way to edit/cancel orders online if you choose to block calls. You guys are a business.
