  The buttermilk donut with the custard was so good. It reminded me of a kind of candy I couldn’t quite put my finger on. The closest I could think of was maybe butterscotch.

  Get That Dough! absolutely delivered — and then some. Stopped in on a Sunday and had one of the best customer experiences I've had at any food spot in a while. Louise behind the counter was genuinely fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they're serving. He walked us through the options, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole visit feel welcoming rather than just transactional. The donuts speak for themselves — we walked out with a box that had everything from a flaky pastry and a chocolate-frosted bar to a twisted cinnamon number and a beautiful old-fashioned. And thanks to Louise's generosity, we may have left with a little more than we paid for. 😄 If you're in the area and haven't been yet, do yourself a favor. The product is great, but the people make it worth coming back. Shoutout to Louise for making our Sunday morning — you're the reason people leave five-star reviews.

  Ordered and paid, but refused service with no explanation. I placed an order on May 20 at 4:37 PM. The order was accepted and showed as "Preparing your order" with a 4:52 PM pickup time. I arrived at 4:59 PM—well within operating hours (posted as open until 6 PM on Wednesdays). The staff member told me they are closed and the order didn't exist in their system and then walked away without offering to help, check further, or provide any explanation. No refund was offered. I have proof of payment and screenshots of the active order status. Not only did they fail to deliver, but they refused to engage with the problem at all. On top, working hours are different in the app. Poor system management, worse customer service.
