  The bar is a great place to sit and chill, my bartender Zak was very friendly and would check on me to see if I needed anything, all the bartenders are super nice and funny! I had a blast playing all the different arcade games there was even variety of games for two players and even four player games so I can have fun with friends! I order a frozen margarita they let me pick any out of a bunch of flavor I got a dragon fruit mango frozen marg so good they also have $4 Jell-O shots they come in big syringes and you get to keep it after!

  Tyler was our server tonight and provided excellent service. She gave us amazing recommendations for drinks AND food. AMAZING!! After dinner we went to the game floor and were astounded by the options. My wife’s favorite was the “Crazy Tower” game, so that’s definitely a must play! Overall the food, service, and games were 10/10 and we will be back for more!

  I have come over to this place many many many Times to this place We ordered 20 chicken wings. They only bring us 10 and we ordered cheese sticks. They were not cooked and whenever we ask them what’s going on the server there said that the cook was not cooking the food right at this time so I told him I don’t want it. They take the food back and tried to charge me for it. I will never be back that was one of my favorite places.

  I added money to our game card and spent $120, only to find out afterward that the promotion I was interested in was for new game cards only. I understand that promotions have terms, but there should be some flexibility for staff to accommodate a customer who was genuinely unaware of the restriction, rather than requiring them to purchase another game card just to take advantage of the deal. This was frustrating, although ultimately not a major issue. What was much more upsetting was our interaction with your security staff. My young son is currently potty training, so when he urgently needed to use the restroom mid dinner, I asked a staff member for the quickest route. We were directed through the bar area. We were trying to move quickly because my son was about to have an accident and was clearly in an urgent situation. As we approached the stairs, a security employee confronted us and said, “Can you not see the signs that minors are not allowed in this area?” The way this situation was handled was completely inappropriate. I was already stressed and nearly in tears trying to explain that my young child was urgently needed the restroom. Instead of showing understanding, the security employee continued to confront me in an aggressive manner and seemed more interested in reprimanding me than helping us. More importantly, situations involving a small child who urgently needs a restroom should be handled with patience and compassion. The promotion issue was disappointing, but the interaction with security is what really affected our experience. I hope management will review how this situation was handled and provide additional guidance to security staff.

  I RECOMMEND NOT LETTING YOUR KIDS GO INTO THE RESTROOM ALONE!!! Visited for my kids’ birthday party and left extremely disappointed.We ordered lunch and found hair in the fries — unpleasant, but not the worst part of the visit.While in the restroom, a teenager was holding up his phone and recording the stalls, saying he was looking for his friend. I immediately reported it to the staff at the ticket counter. Their response was a casual “oh ok,” and they did nothing about it.In a place hosting children’s birthday parties, this level of indifference toward a clear privacy and safety issue is unacceptable. We will not be returning.
