  Got a text a few days ago to come and watch the USA play all you can eat wings blah blah blah I Drive 35 minutes away with the family to be told they’re not serving food all day to go get food and bring it back so now I’m running around trying to find food instead of watching the game You think that they would send out a text stating that earlier or something at least offer a 10 dollar game card or something for the inconvenience just bad service all together

  Had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s in Lynnwood! I definitely recommend the Eat & Play deal—the best tip is to order at the 21+ bar first before heading off to play. The combo of an entrée and an unlimited play card is a really good value for the price. We eventually grabbed a booth, and Aiden took great care of us. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a fun night with good food, great service, and plenty of games. We’ll definitely be back!

  What a great time on a Friday afternoon! My 2 teenage grandkids and I had a blast, so much so I don’t think they even looked at their phones! Staff is incredible! Abby our server deserves a raise, she took care of us as if we were in a 5 star restaurant. We got the super nachos, pro tip, next time we will get them deconstructed so we can just build our own plates of the perfect personalized plate of nachos :). Got a visit at our table by the Manager Anthony, what a great guy to represent D&B’s. Thanks for a great time, we will be back.

  I’ll start off as I’ve never been here before I walked up in to a seating area and the waitress flipped out on me and because I had my kids up on the bar area let me add it’s Father’s Day and it’s 7:26pm Later I was confronted by a police officer because of it…. I saw no signs posted and there’s also no signs saying family seating this way. this hole experience put a damper on on our day and scared my kids the officer approached me and notified me of that being the bar after I left that area very rudely and like he had something to prove ………a ruined family outing because of your poor communication and customer service

  Very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster’s. I ordered a mango margarita, but it was so sweet that I genuinely couldn’t drink it. I asked if it could be replaced with a classic margarita instead. The replacement took about 30 minutes to arrive, and when the bill came, I was charged for both drinks. I spoke with the manager, hoping for a reasonable discussion. Instead, I was told that because we were a large party, they were busy “taking care of your shit,” and that “alcohol is not free here.” To be clear, I was not asking for free alcohol. I was asking for basic customer service regarding a drink that was not drinkable for me. Being spoken to in that manner by a manager was unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that restaurants can be busy and mistakes happen. What I don’t understand is management responding to a customer concern with profanity and an attitude instead of professionalism. The charge for the drink was frustrating, but the manager’s behavior was the real reason this experience left such a negative impression. I won’t be returning.
