  Amazing place!! Bar manager is wonderful literally saw me and kids debating on drinks and stopped and said she can take our order then proceeded to bring them out to me. Once I tried to hand her my card she said it waa on the house. She just enjoyed seeing us smiling and having a good time. Will be back again!!

  I’ve come here an about 3 times and the atmosphere is not good here. The game aspect is great. The problem is the bar. You walk in and you sit down and no one comes up to you and it feels like you have to get someone’s attention, slow service. We didnt get greeted for about 15 minutes after we sat down the most recent time and at some point I had to get a bartenders attention when it feels like they are ignoring you and not checking on you. People would walk up to the bar trying to order and the bartenders would walk past them for 19 minutes until the person was served.

  I stopped by with some friends for lunch and drinks, and the staff there was great! the cook/chef, Justin was amazing, and our server who was also working the bar (I can't remember her name) was great too. The GM also came out to check on us personally which I thought was very nice. I definitely recommend this location!

  Took my nephew for his birthday here today and tried to make the best of it. Multiple games with missing pieces or just black screens. Some not working properly and it seemed that the attendants only cared to fix the chairs and not the games themselves. We still tried to have fun, missing pieces and all but then came the food. We didn’t intend to eat here at first but I decided it might not be that bad and as we approached the completely empty dining section I told the server (didn’t catch her name but had an extremely short cut) it was my nephews birthday and we would like to dine in. I looked over and saw the massive screen, empty booths and tables and thought this might be awesome we might have a great mid afternoon bday lunch?! Wrong. Lady took us to the back ill lit corner close to some railings on some high top table while everything else was open. I politely asked her if we could go back to where the screens were to sit in a booth to which she just turned to me and said no with no explanation and walked away. We still had 140 credits on our card I took that and threw it in the trash. The service from that person was enough for me to decide I’ll never go to a Dave and Busters for any reason. Looking down at the reviews I see this isn’t the first time this has happened. Save yourself the trouble and just keep walking. Couldn’t imagine what would’ve been if we stayed.

  Dave and Busters hosted the City of Lynnwood's Volunteer Recognition event. Our volunteers do so much for the city, and I was amazed how well Dave and Busters treated us and provided a perfect evening worthy of our volunteers' hard work. The food, vibe and service were all A+++++. I highly recommend checking them out if you are doing a large group event, and cannot thank Dave and Busters staff enough for accommodating such a large group and providing such a great time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
