- CMCraig MerchantAug 28, 20261.0This is an example of a poorly managed business...an example of whoever manages it just doesn't care. Tonight was the double protein promotion. The ordering had to be done online even though we were in store. The ordering process was not smooth as it wouldn't take credit cards just debit cards. After that, the wait was 1 hour and that was only after pushing the employees to fill the order. Once filled, the "double" protein ordered was not even a standard order. In fact one of the items ordered was a single order and it had more chicken than the double order. Not only that, other areas of the order were incorrect. These problems seemed to be a common complaint from the other frustrated customers. All in all, definitely won't go back to this location. The double protein promotion only gets someone in the door once and then never again. That's not the way to run a promotion.

Got the bowl and gave a generous tip but even I asked for extra, it was much less than other times I got the bowl at other chipotle place. got me waiting even the takeout was already ready, took like 3,4 times saying my name to finally receive my order. Found out no utensils in the bag(I did check the box for utensils), had to go back and grab it. I don’t know, I’ll prob start making my own bowl at home lol.

I was not even offered a receipt after buying my burrito which prevented me from getting help from their AI customer service. Next time I came in I asked if there was anything they could do for me, which they told me if I had no receipt, I could not get any help from them. This is ridiculous since the receptionist wasn’t offering receipts at that time and by the time I had found out my burrito was bad at home, they were already closed so there was nothing I could’ve done about it. Overall not sure why they would expect me to have a receipt when they aren’t even offering them. Used to come here a lot, wont be anymore.
