I order Chick fil a at least 3 times a month and this has been by far the worst interaction I have ever had with a store and getting my order situated. Normally wouldn’t even leave a review but if you have the option order from the Everett or Lynnwood Crossings location because this store continues to have issues for me and I genuinely love Chick fil a as a restaurant, but this location really soured my impression.

I asked for 10 of each to which the woman smiled at me and nodded her head and told me I was good to go. I was sitting through the drive-through excited for my meal when I pulled up to the drive-through window. The man asked me if I'd like any sauces and I was quite confused because I had already put sauce on my order. I said yes I'd like mayonnaise and jalapeño ranch. He put that in the bag and as I checked my receipt, I realized that the lady had put none of which I had asked for and that she had just laughed at me, smiled and put nothing down on the IPad. The man at the window was very nice, but the woman in the little box in the drive-through needs an attitude check because this is outrageous. I was hoping for a full meal, but was too afraid to ask further because I didn't wanna bother the window. I know how stressful it is. every time I have come to this Chick-fil-A, I've had some sort of issue with just a customer service and I think you guys need to re-up.
