A long time went by and she never received the delivery. The driver sent her a text through the app saying he arrived but they said they gave her order to someone else. He said he asked them to re make it and they said they couldn’t do that so it even said on the app that her delivery order was canceled. I was still charged the $24. I called and spoke to the manager and she informed me that no they wouldn’t offer to re make it or give me a refund and that I should try calling 1800tacobell. She said there is absolutely nothing she could do.

Got to the drive through ordering kiosk and tried to order this…they told me that this is unavailable (even though I input their location and looked at their available menu). I told them that this was showing as available online. To which he told me that if it shows online, I need to order it online and I can’t order it at the window. So I can order it online and you’ll magically make this for me, but I can’t order it at the window? This is the second time they’ve pulled shenanigans like this. I won’t we be back, and I don’t recommend you give them any of your time or money. Lackluster food and even worse service…time to focus on trying to serve your remaining customers a little bit better
