  I rarely eat at Taco Bell, but on my way home, I thought a bean burrito sounded good. I went through the drive-through as the only customer there. I made my order and once I got to the first window and paid, I remembered that it came with onions. I asked the girl at the window if it did have onions and if so, would it be possible for them to remake it. She takes a deep breath, purses her lips, doesn’t say anything and just looks at me. I understand that I made the mistake but I asked politely. A simple “sure” or “I’m sorry we can’t do that” would have worked. Instead she seemed irritated and did not give very good customer service. I’m sure remaking a burrito when there was absolutely no one else there would not have been a big deal.

  Had a absolute disaster of an order from another location and this one was able to make everything correct and make the order. Nothing special just regular items no modifications. Not hard but for some locations it's hard. This is the go to location

  I never leave bad reviews but I need to because this experience was beyond disgusting. The staff except for one person with colored hair were all disrespectful. The manager (Melissa) was extremely rude to the staff in the back. Expected them to read her mind. Horrible leadership. They took like 45 minutes when they had literally nobody coming in. Slightly understaffed. Multiple people came in because their order was wrong. The cinnamon fries tasted like soap. I’ve been at a different location and they litterally gave me the food two minutes later and it tasted fresh.

  Everyone there is great! Had the pleasure of meeting Melissa yesterday evening when door dashing and she was super helpful and sweet.
