So done with this taco bell. I have NEVER got an order that was correct. Tired of paying high prices for food that's wrong and for paying for a specific item and getting a completely different item that would normally be cheaper. Ridiculous. Worth the drive to literally any other taco bell.

I am beyond frustrated with the way this location is being run. The problem isn’t just one employee it’s the entire environment, including management. The staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and it reflects a complete lack of accountability. My orders are messed up constantly. The food is thrown together carelessly, tortillas are often hard, and when I bring it to their attention, I’m treated like I’m the problem. Instead of fixing their mistake, I’ve been told to just “eat it anyway,” as if I should accept poor quality and incorrect orders after paying for my meal. What makes this worse is the attitude. Staff members speak to customers with disrespect, and on one occasion, I was actually called an “old bat” simply for pointing out that my order was wrong again. That is completely unacceptable behavior in any setting, let alone customer service. I continue to come to this location because I am disabled and it is within walking distance, but that should not mean I have to tolerate being treated poorly. I’ve even been told by a former employee that staff members hold grudges and intentionally mess up orders for customers they don’t like. If that’s true, it explains a lot and it’s deeply concerning. The dining room is almost always filthy, which shows a lack of basic standards. On my most recent visit, I waited over 30 minutes while employees stood around on their phones instead of doing their jobs. This is not just about bad service — it’s about a pattern of disrespect, poor hygiene, and refusal to take responsibility. Customers deserve to be treated with basic dignity, and right now, that is not happening here at all.

I’ve had multiple experiences at Taco Bell that have been consistently disappointing. On several occasions, my orders have been incorrect. While mistakes can happen in any business, what’s concerning is the lack of resolution when trying to address those issues. When I’ve called to have errors corrected, the responses have felt dismissive rather than helpful, and in one instance, I was told I would no longer be able to return as a customer. I am in my 70s and have visited many restaurants over the years, and I value professionalism and basic customer service. Unfortunately, those standards have not been met in my experiences here. I believe every business has an opportunity to improve, especially when it comes to communication and accountability. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously moving forward, as it would make a significant difference in the overall experience.

I don’t even know where to start with this place anymore. I’ve tried to give Taco Bell chance after chance, but it just keeps getting worse. Orders constantly messed up not once, not twice, but over and over again. You call to fix it, thinking they’ll make it right, and instead of accountability… you get attitude. Or worse, they just shut you down completely like you’re the problem for expecting basic service. I’m in my 50s, and I have never experienced this level of unprofessional behavior from a business. Somewhere along the line, “the customer matters” got thrown out the window and replaced with carelessness and disrespect. It’s not even about the food at this point it’s about how people are treated. Mistakes happen, sure. But refusing to fix them and pushing customers away? That’s a choice. If you’re thinking about going here, just be prepared: you might not get what you ordered, and if you speak up about it, you might not be welcome back. That’s not service. That’s a business that forgot who keeps the doors open.

The last two times I’ve been to this location they forget significant parts of my order. Very frustrating, not cheap any more and they don’t even give you what you order. Cashiers rude per usual. Basically throws your food at you, doesn’t say a word. I truly don’t even care about the customer service but when you treat customers poorly and can’t even do your job fully then it’s frustrating. Won’t be back anymore.
